Terms and Conditions

All advertised fares, excluding fares to Asia and Oceania which originate from Los Angeles, originate from New York, and are based on weekday travel of Monday through Thursday during the low season. Saturday night minimum stay is required and the maximum allowable stay is 30 days. All advertised fares are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All fares and their governing rules are subject to change without prior notice. The discounts vary based on availability, minimum stay, maximum stay, travel dates, advance notice, and black out dates. Other restrictions may apply. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights and dates.

WayToFly.com requires authorization form of completing your transaction with us. WayToFly.com reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the Authorization Form is not completed and received within 24 hours after receiving the form. All personal information that is provided to WayToFly.com will be securely held in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This period may extend beyond the end of your relationship with us but it will only be as long as necessary for us to have sufficient information to respond to any issues that may surface in the future. While no website can guarantee security, we have implemented appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security procedures to help protect the personal information you provide to us. Only authorized employees are permitted to access sensitive information and they may only do so for permitted business activity. WayToFly.com. has the right, in its sole discretion, to deny the use of a promotional gift certificates after the booking payment is received.

If there are any discrepancies at all, You must contact our office within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation. If WayToFly.com does not receive a written notice of a discrepancy within 24 hours, we assume that the travel information/documents received are accurate. No changes will be made after that period. Wholesale Travel, LLC reserves the right to charge service fees. It is sole traveler’s responsibility to make sure they have valid passports and necessary visa to travel. In the event of non-reconfirmation, or Visa/Passport issues, "WayToFly.com" shall not be responsible for denied boarding.

Be advised that some airlines do not offer pre-assigned seating and that some airlines may charge additional fees for checked baggage. WayToFly.com, is not responsible for additional airline imposed taxes and fees of any type. It is the client's responsibility to confirm their flights directly with the airline 72 hours prior to travel. WayToFly.com is not responsible for schedule changes issued by the airline. WayToFly.com will not pay an increase in fare for an alternative airline and is subject to the policy and restrictions issued by the airline.

Requests for reimbursement may take four (4) to six (6) weeks after the original request is made. 
All expiration dates listed are effective at midnight, Western Standard Time If a reservation is booked and the age requirements are not met, the customer will be held responsible for all change and/or cancellation penalties that are incurred to make changes. Lowest Price guarantee is subject to change at any time. WayToFly.com reserves the right to change this terms and conditions at any time.
